The Buccaneer Queen, a legendary 96ft long, tall ship that has been used as a movie set and for TV commercials (one of the movies starred the beautiful actress Geena Davis). This beautiful ship is now taking folks on exciting tours around Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Visit the famous Arch, El Arco, snorkel in the Sea of Cortez, or go whale-watching. This spectacular pirateship can be found in the main marina in Cabo San Lucas and is unmistakably easy to spot with its bright black and gold décor.
There are several available Buccaneer Queen tours: The Sunset Cruise and the daytime Snorkeling Tour, which start at 11am and 6pm respectively. The boat can also be privately chartered and the Buccaneer Queen whale-watching tours are seasonal, from January through April.
One of the greatest features of the Buccaneer Queen tours is that its staff dresses up like pirates and is knowledgeable about the area and its history. They have props, hats and plastic swords that you can wear to take pictures in. This is really fun for children and adults!
